  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt, to taste

For the Sriracha Mayo

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp lime juice

For Assembly

  • 4 hamburger buns (preferably toasted)
  • Extra teriyaki sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Burger Patties 🍔

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, teriyaki sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.

  2. Shape the mixture into four equal patties about ¾ inch thick.
