Ingredients
For the Asian Burger Patties

- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Asian Slaw
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or a mix of green and purple)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
For the Sriracha Mayo
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp lime juice
For Assembly
- 4 hamburger buns (preferably toasted)
- Extra teriyaki sauce (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Burger Patties 🍔

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, teriyaki sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.

Shape the mixture into four equal patties about ¾ inch thick.
Make the Asian Slaw 🥬

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat. Set aside.
