A unique, high-protein pizza that combines the taste of Caesar salad as well as a crisp chicken-based crust. Excellent for people who are on low-carb diets.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Crust:
- 1 lb ground, lean chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper as desired
- Other options: Italian herbs (basil, oregano) for extra flavor
For the Caesar Salad Topping:
- 1 cup romaine salad, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Additional toppings include grilled chicken strips, crispy bacon pieces, avocado slices additional greens such as spinach or the arugula
Instructions
