Instructions

Prepare the Burger Patties 🍔

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
