Instructions
- Combine pancake mix, milk, egg, and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease.
- Pour 1/8 cup batter into the pan, swirl to coat, and cook until edges lift. Flip and cook for 30 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes as they finish.
Notes

- Adjust milk for thinner or thicker crepes.
