- 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Chill dough for 1–2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into balls, coat in powdered sugar, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool before serving.
