  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  • Chill dough for 1–2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
