Ingredients

  • Β½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Dash of paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, beaten egg, poultry seasoning, Tabasco, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
