  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of melted beef tallow or animal fat
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Optional: Butter for extra basting during grilling

Instructions

  1. Preparing the grill: Set your grill to medium-high, approximately 400 degrees F
