Ingredients

Instructions
- Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add lentils, spices, and broth, stirring well.
- Simmer for 25–30 minutes until lentils are tender.
- Blend partially for creaminess or leave chunky.
Notes
