Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (if baking).
- Slice mini bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
- Blend feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, and dill in a food processor until creamy.
- Fill each pepper half with the feta mixture.
- Serve fresh or bake for 8-10 minutes if a warm version is preferred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve.
