Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (if baking).
  • Slice mini bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
  • Blend feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, and dill in a food processor until creamy.
  • Fill each pepper half with the feta mixture.
  • Serve fresh or bake for 8-10 minutes if a warm version is preferred.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve.
