  • 25g flour
  • 300ml milk
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 60g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30g parmesan cheese, grated

For Assembling

  • 6 sheets no-cook lasagna
  • Extra parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat sauce by sautéing veggies, browning beef, and simmering with tomatoes.

  2. Make the béchamel sauce by whisking butter, flour, milk, and cheese until smooth.

  3. Layer meat sauce, pasta, and béchamel in a baking dish. Top with parmesan and bake until golden.
