  • 1 cup reserved pasta water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  • In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and thyme until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste, cooking until darkened, then mix in seasonings and bouillon powder.
  • Stir in beef slices or sausages, then toss in the spaghetti and combine thoroughly.
  • Gradually add reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
