Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and thyme until fragrant.
- Add tomato paste, cooking until darkened, then mix in seasonings and bouillon powder.
- Stir in beef slices or sausages, then toss in the spaghetti and combine thoroughly.
- Gradually add reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
