- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
To top it off:

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of cold butter cubed
Instructions

Bake at 350°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.

Mix sugar and butter. Add vanilla, egg, and sour cream.

Mix the dry ingredients, then mix with the wet ingredients.
