Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp sugar (topping)
- 2 tbsp butter (topping)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- Sift together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Prepare topping by mixing sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
