Instructions
- Prepare strawberry syrup: Mash strawberries with sugar until juicy. Blend for a smoother consistency if desired. Chill.
- Whisk matcha: Sift matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk until smooth with no lumps. Let it cool.
