Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with 1 tbsp butter until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter.
  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, sauté garlic, and deglaze with chicken broth.
  • Add heavy cream (optional) and season the sauce.
  • Combine noodles and sliced chicken in the sauce, toss well, and garnish before serving.
