- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with 1 tbsp butter until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, sauté garlic, and deglaze with chicken broth.
- Add heavy cream (optional) and season the sauce.
- Combine noodles and sliced chicken in the sauce, toss well, and garnish before serving.
