  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
  • Sauté onions until golden brown, then add garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  • Stir in tomatoes, cooking until soft and paste-like.
  • Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • Add the mashed eggs, sprinkle garam masala, and combine well.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
