- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Sauté onions until golden brown, then add garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
- Stir in tomatoes, cooking until soft and paste-like.
- Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the mashed eggs, sprinkle garam masala, and combine well.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
