Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate (melted for topping)
  • Optional: chia seeds, protein powder

Instructions

  • Combine oats and matcha powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Add almond butter and maple syrup, stirring until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a lined pan and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Spread melted dark chocolate over the base and chill again.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
