Ingredients

- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (vegan option)
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, cashews)
- 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
- 1/3 cup dried fruits (blueberries, cranberries)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine oats, matcha powder, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits in a bowl.
- In a small pan, heat honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until fully coated.
- Press into a lined tray and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour for a no-bake option.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
