  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi)

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water and sugar to create matcha syrup. Cool.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy, then mix in mascarpone.
  3. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in matcha syrup and layer with mascarpone filling.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with mascarpone and a dusting of matcha powder.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
