- 1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 4 hamburger buns (toasted, optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
- Shape into four equal patties.
- Cook in a skillet or on a grill over medium heat for 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Assemble burgers with preferred toppings and serve on toasted buns.
