Instructions

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

    • Smoking: Smoke at 225°F for 6–8 hours.
    • Grilling: Grill over indirect heat for 1.5–2 hours.
    • Baking: Bake at 300°F for 3 hours.
  • In the last 20 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
