Ingredients

- 1 packet pistachio pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 ½ cups milk (or almond/oat milk for vegan)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for vegan)
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped pistachios, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix, milk, and cream until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pistachios or other add-ins.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, dip frozen popsicles in melted chocolate.
