Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken
    To ensure tender chicken, marinate the slices in a mixture of soy sauce and cornstarch for about 15 minutes. The soy sauce enhances flavor, while the cornstarch locks in moisture, softening the chicken for the stir-fry.
  • Make the Sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch. This combination not only adds flavor but also thickens the sauce as it cooks.
  • Cook the Chicken
    Heat a wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry the marinated chicken until it’s just cooked through and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
