Description

An easy green salad with French influences, combining clean mixed greens, fresh herbs and a delicate vinaigrette. It’s perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or as a main course.


Ingredients

  • Mixed Greens: 6 cups (butter Arugula, lettuce, endive or spinach)
  • Fresh Herbs 2 teaspoons cut (parsley, chives and dill)
  • Cucumber 1 small cut thinly
  • Cherry Tomatoes (optional): 1 cup, halved
  • Olive Oil Three tablespoons extra-virgin
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp freshly squeezed (or balsamic vinegar)
  • Dijon Mustard (optional): 1 teaspoon
  • Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon
  • Salt as well as Pepper To test

Instructions
