Description
An easy green salad with French influences, combining clean mixed greens, fresh herbs and a delicate vinaigrette. It’s perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or as a main course.
Ingredients
- Mixed Greens: 6 cups (butter Arugula, lettuce, endive or spinach)
- Fresh Herbs 2 teaspoons cut (parsley, chives and dill)
- Cucumber 1 small cut thinly
- Cherry Tomatoes (optional): 1 cup, halved
- Olive Oil Three tablespoons extra-virgin
- lemon juice 1 tbsp freshly squeezed (or balsamic vinegar)
- Dijon Mustard (optional): 1 teaspoon
- Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon
- Salt as well as Pepper To test
