Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat a skillet, sear chicken skin-side down for 3 minutes, flip, and transfer to the oven.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.
