- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and paprika.
- Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a skillet, sear chicken skin-side down for 3 minutes, flip, and transfer to the oven.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
