Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers and zucchini, chopped

Instructions

  • Clean and pat dry the shrimp. Prepare vegetables.

  • Toss shrimp and vegetables in the marinade; let rest for 15-30 minutes.
  • Thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers.
