Instructions

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up clumps as needed.
  • Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, then deglaze with wine or broth.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 1-2 hours.
  • Stir in milk during the final 15 minutes of cooking.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, toss with sauce, and serve garnished with Parmesan.
