  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Salad

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Dressing

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef 🍳

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef.

  2. Season with garlic powderonion powderpaprikasalt, and pepper.

  3. Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).

Prepare the Dressing 🥄
