Ingredients
Beef
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Salad
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
- 1 avocado, sliced
Dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp honey (optional for sweetness)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the Beef 🍳

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
Prepare the Dressing 🥄

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and honey.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.
Assemble the Salad 🥗

Divide romaine lettuce among four bowls.
