- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and tender.
- Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
- Mix in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Adjust seasoning to taste.

- Use margarine or olive oil as a butter alternative.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of chili flakes.
