Ingredients

  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and tender.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
  • Mix in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
