  • 46 eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Create wells in the tomato mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and bake for 10-12 minutes until eggs are set.
