Instructions
Cook macaroni: Boil water in a large pot, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Mix cheese filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni with cheddar cheese, milk, and eggs until well blended.
Preheat oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form bites: Shape the macaroni mixture into small balls and coat each ball in panko breadcrumbs.
Bake: Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For an extra crispy coating, you can chill the formed bites in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
