Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced vegetables: broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 large flour tortillas for burritos
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add diced vegetables and mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Slice into 1-inch thick rounds and garnish with green onions.

Notes

These roll-ups can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until serving. Perfect for parties or as a quick snack.
