Low-Calorie Pizza Rolls (3-Ingredient Hack!)

A quick and delicious low-calorie twist on traditional pizza rolls, made with just three main ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tortillas Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 sticks string cheese sticks, cut in half cut in half
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray lightly sprayed
  • Oregano, to taste to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce, add 3 turkey pepperoni slices, and half a string cheese.
  • Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

Make sure to roll the tortillas tightly to prevent the filling from opening up during baking.
