- 2 large eggs

- 3 tbsp (15g) matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (70g) chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Melt butter and white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave, then let cool.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until frothy. Gradually mix in the cooled butter and chocolate.
- Sift together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and add optional toppings.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, let cool completely, and slice into squares.
