- 1 ½ cups 250g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups 180g all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp 15g matcha powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup 70g chopped almonds (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan.
