- 200g spaghetti
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chili powder; blend until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour in the sauce mixture, and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
