Instructions
Lay down paper towels and arrange pickles on them. Let them dry for a few minutes.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Add breadcrumbs to another shallow dish.
Dip each pickle in the egg wash, coat in breadcrumbs, and transfer to a baking sheet.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add pickles in a single layer, spray with oil, and air-fry for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, minced onions, garlic, and dried dill (if using) for the dip.
Notes
Ensure pickles are dry before coating for crispier results.
