Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup minced onions the finer the better
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill optional

Instructions
 

  • Lay down paper towels and arrange pickles on them. Let them dry for a few minutes.
  • In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add breadcrumbs to another shallow dish.
  • Dip each pickle in the egg wash, coat in breadcrumbs, and transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add pickles in a single layer, spray with oil, and air-fry for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, minced onions, garlic, and dried dill (if using) for the dip.

Notes

Ensure pickles are dry before coating for crispier results.
