Ingredients
  

Pie Crust

  • 4 cups fresh peach slices
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup clear jel
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tablespoon bottled lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix peach slices, sugar, clear jel, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add water and lemon juice, mixing until peaches are evenly coated.
  • Roll out pie crust, place in pie dish, fill with peach mixture, and cover with top crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe, fresh peaches.
