Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix peach slices, sugar, clear jel, and salt in a large bowl.
Add water and lemon juice, mixing until peaches are evenly coated.
Roll out pie crust, place in pie dish, fill with peach mixture, and cover with top crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
Let cool before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe, fresh peaches.
