Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapenos sliced in half, seeds removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare jalapenos by slicing in half and removing seeds.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
