Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Smash each potato using a fork or potato masher to create a rough texture.
Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes and sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter.
