Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3-4 mm.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 2 cm border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella, parmesan, ham, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper over the sauce.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side, cut into 8-10 equal slices, and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Brush the tops with egg yolk (if using) and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
You can customize the filling with your favorite toppings or use leftover ingredients. Serve warm and enjoy!
