Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepot over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden brown (5-8 minutes).
Whisk in chopped chocolate until melted and smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
Combine sugars and eggs, whisking until smooth (5-7 minutes).
Add vanilla, cocoa, and cooled brown butter mixture, whisking to combine.
Mix in flour, salt, and chocolate chips until just combined.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, then cool completely before cutting into 16 slices.
Notes
For the best flavor, use high-quality chocolate and avoid overmixing the batter.
