Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix melted butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour into pan and bake 20-25 mins. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour over brownie base.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 mins. Cool, then chill 4+ hours. Make ganache: heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir. Drizzle before serving.
Notes
Ensure cheesecake is fully cooled before chilling to prevent cracks.
