Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Melt butter, let cool slightly, then whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes
