Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon strong coffee
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and then add in the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, coffee extract, vanilla, vegetable oil, and sugar and mix until combined. Add the flour and 1 cup of chocolate chips, then mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with minimal crumbs.
  • Allow the brownie to cool before slicing.

Notes

Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
