Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Make the cheesecake batter: beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add egg and vanilla. Set aside.
Prepare brownie batter: melt butter and chocolate chips, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt.
Alternate scoops of brownie and cheesecake batters into the pan, then swirl gently with a toothpick.
Bake for 26 minutes, cool completely, then cut into 16 pieces.
Notes
For best results, do not over-swirl the batter to maintain the marbled effect.
