Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Form cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  • Dip each bite in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
