Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
Form cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
Dip each bite in egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
