Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F for 5 minutes.
Peel the bananas and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Mix the cinnamon and oil in a small bowl until well combined.
Coat banana slices with the cinnamon-oil mixture and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 300°F for 25-28 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For the best results, use green bananas for a crisper texture. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
