Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F for 5 minutes.
Peel the bananas and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Mix the cinnamon and oil in a small bowl, then coat banana slices evenly.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 300°F for 25-28 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving or storing.
Notes
Banana chips will turn brown over time but remain crispy.
