Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas bananas (green or slightly yellow, not ripe) green or slightly yellow, not ripe
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the bananas and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  • Mix the cinnamon and oil in a small bowl, then coat banana slices evenly.
  • Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 300°F for 25-28 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes

Banana chips will turn brown over time but remain crispy.
