unsalted butter
softened

garlic

French bread

fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix softened butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Slice French bread in half lengthwise and spread garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut side.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
